My neighbor is shifting out today. But can she please shoosh and tone down?? Must she let the whole block know she's moving out. Argh. But on a sidenote, it means the new neighbor's shifting in and they are going to renovate the house soon probably in 3 days time!! >:( Which means it's going to be so noisy, how to study for my blocks.
